I made my first trip to NYC the Big Apple! Wow, is a understatement of the rush I got. The SOHO and 5th Ave Apple Store’s just blew me away. The Empire State Building was really neat too. Now, Times Square I have to say was my favorite stop. I am a technology junkie and the lighted billboards were just amazing. What hit me the most about my trip to the Big Apple was Ground Zero. It brought back the rush of feelings I got on the day the planes took them down. I had to hold back tears several times while walking around it. All I could think of was the firemen and women, police and others that did their best to save people and the countless innocent people in the planes and in the buildings. I kept saying thank you in my head to all of them. Those that died gave it all away. That means so much to me and it gives me strength to know that in that senseless tragedy I can live my life without terror. I refuse because what they went through can not top anything I will ever go through. From the bottom of my heart to all of those that helped rescue people and did not let terror chase them off THANK YOU AS YOU ARE THE TRUE HEROS!

Awww, so glad you managed to see it! All these emotions, though….you’re so gay.
